Installation & help Can I change the shots and cuts?
Yes. MVX produces a normal Premiere timeline. Trim, replace shots, adjust pacing, and add your own finishing touches.
Do my clips need to be synchronized?
For multiple performance angles of the same song, sync your takes in Premiere before AI Cut. Standard B-roll can also be used.
What do analysis hours cover?
They cover the footage the AI shot analysis watches. Beat detection, cutting, effects, and color do not use hours. Your plan adds its hours every month and unused hours roll over while you stay subscribed. Top-ups are $29.99 per 20 hours.
How does the free trial work?
Start any plan with a card and you get 3 days and 5 hours of analysis free. Cancel before the trial ends and you are not charged. Otherwise your plan starts and its hours are added. Manage or cancel your plan anytime from the MVX AI menu.
I bought a lifetime license. What changes?
Nothing. Your license, features, updates, and remaining hours stay yours. Need more analysis? Top-ups are still $29.99 per 20 hours.
Does it need an internet connection?
Cloud AI shot selection needs an internet connection. Local beat detection and the effects library work offline.
What if it doesn’t work on my setup?
The current policy allows technical refund requests within 7 days if MVX cannot install, activate, or run its core features on a supported Premiere version after support assistance. Creative preferences are not covered. Read the full current terms and refund policy.
