What counts as an AI second?
One second of generated footage. A 4-second clip uses 4 seconds, and generating another version uses 4 more. Clips can be up to 240 frames (about 8 seconds at 30fps, 10 at 24fps). Results are rendered natively in 1080p, with no upscaling step.
What happens when I run out?
Upgrade to a bigger plan, or add 50 seconds for $29 at any time. Unused plan and top-up seconds roll over while you're subscribed.
How does the trial work?
You get 3 days and 10 AI seconds for $1. Cancel before the trial ends and nothing more is charged; otherwise your plan starts. One trial per person.
I bought AutoVFX Lifetime. What changes?
Nothing. Your license and seconds stay. If you ever subscribe, the plan's seconds are added on top of what you already have.
Do I need After Effects?
AutoVFX works in Premiere Pro and After Effects. You don't need both to use it.
Will every generation look exactly as I imagined?
Generated results vary. Your prompt and source footage influence the result, and another attempt uses additional AI seconds.
What is the refund policy?
The $1 trial is there so you can judge the results before paying. After that, refunds are for technical problems only: AutoVFX won't install or activate, or a reproducible error stops generation after support has tried to help. Requests must be made within 7 days of the charge; results not matching your taste aren't refundable. See the full terms, or use the refund page for an actual request.
What’s PxlSafe Dock?
A small toolbar for Premiere Pro that comes free with every AutoVFX plan (it’s $39 on its own). One click each for adjustment layers, speed changes, cuts, fill or fit, titles, stills and freeze frames, and you pick which buttons it shows. Sign in with the same email as your AutoVFX plan. See it in action.
